WOULD you like to drink a little less?

It’s all too easy to slip into a drinking lifestyle. But sometimes we can find ourselves over-indulging too regularly, and that means it’s time to take action.

  • Maybe your drinking behaviour is negatively impacting on your relationships, or affecting your work performance?

  • Perhaps you’re concerned that your social drinking habit is having an affect on your health?

  • Or are you just fed up of viewing life through a haze, and looking for a catalyst to kick-start a more fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle?

There’s plenty of science confirming that alcohol in large quantities is bad for us. So, total abstinence is a glorious goal, and may indeed be the end-stage of your journey.

However, it appears that the vast majority of regular drinkers would simply like to cut down their consumption to a level they control, and the free-will to actively plan when and how much to drink, so that it no longer impacts on their daily lives, but which doesn’t involve a complete destruction of their social life.

That’s where this program is pitched.

If this is the first time you’ve faced up to the need to cut down, it’s important that you’re prepared to commit to a long-term, steady path of reduction.

Drastic changes are much harder to maintain than gradual, well planned actions. Our work together will focus on training you to recognise all the things that you do that either motivate or facilitate drinking alcohol, changing the ones we can, and modifying the ones we can’t.

It’s also our objective to prevent you being miserable, which is not only the most likely outcome if you change too quickly, but also the reason why people sometimes fail.

These three full-length hypnotherapy sessions (109 minutes total running time) take a well-proven cognitive-behavioural approach, which addresses the ingrained, habitual behaviour around drinking, and equips you with tools and techniques to modify your response to situations that can act as drinking ‘triggers’.

By deconstructing this classical conditioning, you’ll regain the personal control that you’ve been allowing to remain in the background.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore some of your core beliefs, and how old, mistaken conditioning may have shaped your relationship with alcohol.

There are deeper parts of your mind which are closed and guarded in normal life, but which can be accessed in hypnosis, giving you insights into the things that drive you, and enabling you to find answers to long-standing questions you may have.

Once you understand at least some of the reasons why you do the things you do, you’ll be enabled to change your view and commit to a more beneficial way of life.

As with all my hypnosis courses, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.

All you have to do is relax!
