Maybe you’ve been going it alone for a while, but it’s not delivering. Perhaps loneliness is a factor, and you’d like it not to be. Alternately, you might have arrived here from long-standing relationship, and the end of that may have involved some emotional pain at the very least.

You’re ready to move on, but you need a little push: not to forget where you came from, but nevertheless to acknowledge things as they are now, and discover a positive way forwards.

  • In the First Session, we’ll go right to the heart of things, by rationalising the change you’ve experienced that brought you to this point. You’ll explore the true nature of change and acceptance, discovering that change is not an event: it’s simply a transition. Acceptance is not about letting good things go: it’s about emotionally simplifying the here-and-now so that you’re well equipped and organised for your future. You’ll be gently guided toward using your considerable energy for forward movement, and you’ll no longer have any need to fight rear-guard actions against the imaginary demands of your past. 

  • In Session Two, we’ll explore the vast landscape of options that now lies before you, and you’ll discover the remarkable opportunities that will present themselves. It’s a big wide world out there, and there are some amazing things you can do now, that you might not have been able to do before - or maybe you just hadn’t yet summoned the courage to try. The emphasis in this session is on the practical gifts that are headed your way, even if you haven’t yet realised it. If you’re still viewing your current status as having lost something, it’s now time to weigh that perceived loss against the amazing things you’ve gained.

  • And in Session Three, we’ll round it all off with a call to action: we’ll examine your preconceived ideas about how things are, and you’ll be enlightened to how they might be, given the freedom and control you now possess. You’re relying on your own judgement now, so you should be prepared to sharpen your senses and engage your critical faculty with more precision than you might have before, perhaps when you were sharing the load. Depending on your journey, it’s entirely possible that wayward emotions - hangovers from another time - may intrude at some point, leading you to question or doubt your thoughts, plans, or actions. That’s why it’s more important than ever to have structure and boundaries in your life, both in practical terms, and also the way that you deal with your feelings.

The program’s objective is to awaken you to the freedom of choice, clarity of thought, and the wealth of opportunities that embracing a solo lifestyle brings. Your desire for happiness and success put you at the heart of your own universe: everything now revolves around you.

As with all my hypnosis courses, this one will work much better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your hypnosis download package) before you set to work on your procrastination.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you try it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training recordings, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main sessions will be significantly more successful.

Each of the three hypnosis recordings has a short introduction, or pre-amble, following which you’ll begin the hypnosis. The ‘Solo - The Power of One’ recordings add up to more than two hours of professional hypnotherapy and training.
