Whether you’re a recently appointed manager, team leader or director, or you’re looking to sharpen your skills and improve your effectiveness, this program is for you.

You are a boss if you have any responsibility for the organisation and performance of people who report to you or through you. You’re in that position for a reason: someone in your organisation has identified you as a person who can be relied upon to execute and deliver value to your organisation.

It doesn’t matter if you’re in charge of the office counting paperclips or you’re running a global commercial operation, the principles are the same.

Good managers and great bosses focus on best practices. Sure, we all have our individual personalities that we inevitably imprint on our leadership style – after all nobody likes working for a cold fish – but there’s a set of protocols - ways to do things - that are proven to get the best results in the majority of cases.

Wherever you sit in the hierarchy of your organisation, you’re the centre of your own circus. The various demands of your role can suck your energy and frustrate your efforts, but the rewards of getting it right are well worth it.

This program will equip you with the tools and techniques that successful leaders and managers use to create strong, productive relationships, to motivate and guide their teams, to master the important detail, and to achieve their objectives.

Here’s a summary of the program:

Session 1 - The Leadership Code - However modest your current situation might be, you should always think of yourself as a leader, not just a manager. Whatever else your position demands of you, your primary directive is to lead, because when you lead effectively, others will follow enthusiastically. In this session, we explore the key attributes of effective leadership. Actually, you already know the importance of consistency, reliability, trust, communication, and empathy because you probably use all of those qualities on your family and friends. This session will guide to appropriately modify some or all of those skills for application in the workplace.

Session 2 - Managing in the Middle - As a manager in the middle of a hierarchy, your strategy towards your up-line management is to demonstrate competence, reliability, and control of the people and processes with which you are charged. To your reports, your team, your people, you have both a leadership responsibility and also a critical control function. If you don’t set the tone and the mission, your chimps will start throwing the food around! In this session we’ll be working on this balance, which is the essence of what we call Managing Up and Down. In a larger organisation that means delivering the expectations of the people you report up to, with all the implications that may carry, whilst maintaining the consistency and trust you’ve established with your team and other colleagues who look to you for leadership. .

Session 3 - Wrapped Around the Detail - Command of detail is a powerful asset, and it’s an attractive component of the effective leader. Most business is data driven these days, so you’d better have the information you need close by, or at least be able to get it quickly. That calls for an organised mind-set: you can’t wing it for long! In this session we’ll examine the third key attribute of effective leadership, and that’s your central role as a guardian and provider of information. Like it or not, you are the custodian of all the information your up and down liners need to do their jobs, and as a manager in the middle of a hierarchy you can expect to be fielding a constant stream of questions about procedure, and requests for data.

By the time you complete these three full-length sessions, repeating them as necessary, you’ll have mastered the key techniques that will enable you to raise your leadership and management skills to a new level. When you apply these lessons, you’ll find your role becomes clearer and your performance more confident and assured.

As with all my hypnosis programs, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training and conditioning recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.

Each of the three recordings has a short introduction, or pre-amble, following which you’ll begin the hypnosis. The three Leadership Code recordings add up to more than 90 minutes of professional hypnotherapy and training. All of this is easily achieved in the privacy of your own home.

All you have to do is relax!
