Many of us spend much of our careers out of balance. We’re on a hamster wheel, scared to step off in case events overtake us and we slip from our established position.

DON’T ignore the things that really matter
When you’re out of balance, you can seriously endanger your health. Sure, you might be able to manage ten or twelve hour working days, particularly when you’re young, but in the end it’s probably going to catch up with you, and it’ll manifest itself as stress. This can easily lead you towards a cluster of health issues, centred on your heart and mind. It will, inevitably, lower your quality of life, and indeed shorten your life itself, often by many years.
Your personal relationships will rarely survive a serious work/life imbalance. Your spouse or partner, your children, your friends, and your colleagues deserve better than to have you distracted by work issues, real or imagined, tired and irritable when you should be relaxed and friendly. If you let it continue for too long, people start to look for alternatives, if they can’t get attention from you. If it gets bad enough, people leave, and you end up alone, which is not what you want for yourself. You owe them, and you, more.
And the longer and harder you work, the less efficient and effective you’ll become. You are designed to recover in your down time. Sure, we can all put in bursts of long days and short nights, but if it’s allowed to run on unchecked, there will be consequences. This balance is important, on so many levels. It’s also easy to ignore, and de-prioritise.
You have one life, and if you spend half of it in a maelstrom of self-imposed over-exertion, physically and/or mentally, you’re heading for a crash.

As with all my hypnosis programs, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training and conditioning recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.
Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.
Each of the three recordings has a short introduction, or pre-amble, following which you’ll begin the hypnosis. The three Time Out recordings add up to more than 100 minutes of professional hypnotherapy. All of this is easily achieved in the privacy of your own home.
