A STRUCTURED, THREE-STEP APPROACH
The three sessions, taken in sequence, are designed to implant the three key stages of motivating yourself to take on and execute a new idea or plan, particularly if you are sometimes paralysed by inertia.
Session 1 - Inspiration and Recognition
Our first session together is about finding your inspiration, and recognising your need or desire for change. This involves neutralising the root cause of your inertia, whether it's fear, lack of confidence, or a simple lack of motivation. During this stage, you’ll seek out sources of inspiration, success stories, role models, or personal reflections that resonate with your situation. We’ll build a foundation which can clearly define your goal or idea, making it as concrete and attainable as possible.
This is how you establish your vision, which defines your goal.
Session 2 - Planning and Commitment
Once you’re inspired and have a clear goal in mind, the next step is to plan how to achieve it. This stage involves breaking down the goal into smaller, manageable tasks or milestones, as it's important to set realistic timelines and prioritise tasks. Commitment is key in this phase – you’ll be making a life-long pact with yourself that you will follow through. This session will empower you to discover and appreciate the value of the physical and intellectual tools you have at your disposal.
This is where you measure the journey and plan your route.
Session 3 - Action and Adaptation:
Our final session together is all about turning the key and taking action. This involves initiating the first steps of your plan. You’ll learn why it’s crucial to maintain momentum once you start. Remember, progress is often incremental and can be slow at times. You’ll integrate new habits which will prepare you to adapt your plan as needed, based on the challenges you encounter or the feedback you receive. HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED FASTER with hypnosis
As with all my hypnosis programs, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short conditioning recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.
Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.
Each of the three recordings has a short introduction, or pre-amble, following which you’ll begin the hypnosis. The three Mission Possible recordings add up to almost two hours of professional hypnotherapy. All of this is easily achieved in the privacy of your own home.
