Most anxiety hypnosis programs (including some of my own) focus on using forms of self-hypnosis and physical relaxation to suppress the body chemicals that make you feel anxious.

In this new program, I’ve focused the work on creating robust mental routines; little rituals that involve cognitive shifts to enact whenever you feel anxiety rising. In this session, we’ll be adding more to your armoury, and embedding the anchors and triggers that you’ll use to enact them in real life..


HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED FASTER with hypnosis

As with all my hypnosis courses, this one will work many times better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your anxiety.
