HOW TO PUT imposter syndrome BEHIND YOU

In these three original hypnosis sessions, we’ll approach your Imposter Syndrome challenge from all sides. You’ll take the sessions in sequence, as they build on each other. All you have to do is relax and let your powerful subconscious mind do its best work..

In Session One, we’re going to be examining some of your core beliefs, about yourself and your own capabilities.

You are not an imposter. However you may feel about yourself, you only think this way because of some distorted information which you encountered when you were younger and more vulnerable than you are today.

Whoever or whatever gave you this information, it was (at best) completely wrong, and (at worst) was based on an incomplete picture of you and your potential.

But you absorbed it, and ever since it has resided in your subconscious, popping up whenever the pressure comes on you. It’s a ready-made set of excuses which you involuntarily invoke to protect you from stretching yourself to your full capabilities.

But it couldn’t be further from the truth. No matter how imperfect you actually are, you’ve successfully made it this far in your life, so how could you possibly have faked it all?

The answer is that you didn’t, and now it’s time to face down your feelings by replacing them with facts.

Because your feelings are not the facts, no matter how much you may have been fooled into relying on them. (41 Minutes)


Entering Session Two, you now have a logical foundation on which to base your future. You possess a substantial body of evidence which points to your worthiness.

Just because something went wrong for you once, it does not invalidate the accomplished person you are today. That’s proof positive that you are deserving of the successes and achievements that have been, are, or will be a part of your amazing life.

In this session we’re going to work on compassion, particularly the compassion you direct towards yourself, that is to say Self-Compassion.

I’m sure you’ll have struggled to deal with some of the unwanted symptoms of your imposter syndrome, such as feelings of anxiety, inadequacy, and the effects on your self-esteem.

Using this powerful induction, you’ll be taught to acknowledge that these are exactly that: symptoms.

Once we crush those feelings at source, much of the negativity you experience evaporates, and as you can appreciate, a syndrome without symptoms is powerless to hurt you.

In order to empower you to deconstruct these symptoms, we’re going to be exploring self-compassion, and how it is the overwhelming antidote to almost all the negativity that you battle on a daily basis. (36 Minutes)


In Session Three, you’re already feeling kinder, softer, and entirely more useful as you move forwards. You’ve learned and acknowledged that Self-Compassion doesn’t weaken you. On the contrary, it makes you stronger in every way.

In this final session, we’re going to overwhelm your brain with several different themes and interventions, all of which are central to the therapeutic approach which is proven to be effective in cases like yours.

It’s hard to know which ones will stick for you, because your intricate subconscious mind will most likely pick and choose the ones which resonate, and which it recognizes as pertinent to your own circumstances.

This technique is ideally suited to hypnosis, because your descent into the trance state will allow you to open up your intellectual receptors and absorb the information more readily and without question. (35 Minutes)
