Change Your Evening Wine Habit
Personal online hypnosis for changing the habit, not changing who you are.
The end of another busy day.
Work, family, errands, emails, dinner to think about... and almost without noticing, the same familiar routine begins. A glass of wine while you're unwinding. Another while you eat. Perhaps a couple more while you work your way through the bottle.
For a little while, everything softens. You relax. You breathe. The evening slips quietly by, and before you know it, it's time for bed.
And then morning comes, bringing with it that troublesome feeling that something needs to change.
If that sounds familiar, you're far from alone, and it doesn't mean you've got an alcohol problem. It may simply mean your brain has learned to use one familiar ritual to move you from a day you’d like to leave behind, into a calmer, quieter evening.
Patterns like this aren't permanent. Given the right approach, they can be changed.

How a routine quietly became automatic
If you've found yourself here, there's a good chance you've already reached an important conclusion.
Somewhere along the line, you've realised this isn't how you want to spend your evenings anymore.
Perhaps you've promised yourself you'll only have one glass... or only drink at weekends... or take a few nights off. Perhaps you've managed it for a while, only to find yourself quietly slipping back into the same familiar routine.
It's perfectly natural to ask yourself, "Have I become dependent on alcohol?"
Probably not. It's far more likely that your brain has learned a pattern than developed a dependency.
Somewhere along the way, one familiar evening ritual became the signal that the day was finally over. Repeat that often enough and it stops feeling like a choice.
It simply becomes what happens next.
Fortunately, the same brain that learned this pattern can learn a new one.
Our aim isn't to fight your willpower or take away something you enjoy. It's to gently interrupt an automatic pattern and replace it with one that gives you back that same feeling of relief, without needing to rely on alcohol to get you there.
Change the pattern, and the habit follows.
Over the past twenty years, I've worked with people trying to change all kinds of habits and behaviours; not just drinking, but overeating, procrastination, smoking, anxiety, overthinking and countless other looping patterns that seem to repeat themselves despite the very best intentions.
The behaviour itself is rarely the real issue.
Every habit exists because, at some point, it solved a problem. It reduced stress, created relief, offered comfort, or helped you move from one emotional state to another. The habit wasn't irrational; it was simply effective enough that your brain kept repeating it.
That's why my approach isn't about battling cravings or relying on willpower. Instead, we look for the job the habit has been doing for you, and then guide your mind to discover a healthier, more sustainable way of achieving the same result.
When the underlying pattern changes, the behaviour becomes much easier to change as well.
That's the method I bring to every live session. Calm, practical and collaborative, always focused on helping you regain control by changing the pattern, rather than relying on willpower alone.
A Different Way to Switch Off
There comes a point where the evening quietly starts carrying too much responsibility. It becomes the part of the day that's expected to undo everything that came before it.
The pressure.
The decisions.
The demands.
The endless feeling that everyone wants something from you.
So, without even realising it, your mind begins looking towards that familiar moment of relief. Not because you're craving the wine itself, but because you're craving what comes immediately afterwards; that feeling that the day is finally over and you can let go.
The problem is that your brain gradually stops separating the feeling from the ritual that produces it. Before long, one starts to depend on the other.
The aim of our work together isn't simply to remove the wine and leave a gap behind.
It's to help your mind rediscover that same feeling of release in a different, healthier and more sustainable way. So the evening still feels like your own again, but without relying on a habit that no longer serves you.
When that happens, something interesting changes.
The pressure disappears long before the bottle appears.
Let's Take Back Your Evenings
No two people arrive with exactly the same story.
For some, it's become a glass of wine while preparing dinner that quietly turns into several more before bedtime. For others, it's the habit of drinking most evenings simply because that's what they've always done. Some want to cut back. Others want to stop altogether. Many aren't even sure what the right goal looks like yet; they just know something needs to change.
That's why every live session is tailored to you.
Together, we'll explore what's really driving the habit, whether that's stress, routine, reward, emotional overload, the need for a reliable way to switch off, or simply a pattern that's become so familiar it now runs on autopilot.
Using hypnosis alongside practical psychological techniques, we'll redesign that pattern from the inside out, helping your mind discover a healthier, more sustainable way of making the transition from a busy day to a relaxed evening.
The goal isn't simply to help you drink less.
It's to help you reach the end of the day without feeling that alcohol is responsible for your peace of mind.
One Session... or More?
Every client is unique.
Some people experience a significant shift after a single session. Once they understand the pattern that's been running their life - and their mind begins responding differently - that's all they need to regain a sense of control.
Mission accomplished!
Others choose to return for one or two additional sessions. This gives us the opportunity to strengthen the new pattern, deal with any remaining triggers, and help those healthier routines become more natural and automatic over time.
There's no programme to commit to and no pressure to book more than you need.
We'll simply decide together what feels most appropriate for you, one step at a time.

Each session follows a clear, structured flow — but always with enough flexibility to respond to you in the moment.
When you book, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form. Please do this at least 24 hours before your session, so I have time to prepare properly and shape the session around what you’ve shared.
When we meet, we begin with a short conversation that builds on your form. This helps me understand not just the issue itself, but how you naturally think, respond, and take things in.
You can choose video or audio-only. I usually conduct the introduction by video, then turn off my camera during the hypnosis, to eliminate possible distractions.
From there, I shape the hypnosis in a way that feels natural and effective for you. That may include subtle adjustments to language, pacing, and approach, depending on what will serve you best.
I then guide you into hypnosis using the approach that feels most appropriate in the moment — sometimes gentle and gradual, sometimes more direct.
Once you’re comfortably immersed, we move into the focused part of the session, centred on the outcome we agreed together.
At the end, I bring you back to full alertness in a steady and comfortable way, and we spend a few minutes reviewing what stood out and what comes next.
