Over the years, my recordings have reached thousands of people around the world. But alongside the recordings, I’ve also been working directly with a small number of private clients internationally, meeting one-to-one via video-call.
I’ve kept that side of my practice intentionally limited, but now I’m now opening it up more publicly for those who feel ready for a more focused, personal approach.

Working together online is simple, private, and remarkably effective.
We meet one-to-one via Zoom. You’re in your own home, in a familiar and comfortable space. No travel. No waiting rooms. No clinical offices. Just focused time, directed entirely toward you.
Over the past few years, online sessions have become not just a convenience, but a preferred way of working. Clients often find they relax more deeply at home - and that translates into better focus and faster progress.
Because we meet online, location isn’t a constraint. Schedule your sessions at practical times - including weekends - across all major time zones.
It’s also much more accessible than traditional in-person therapy. I’ve run a city practice before. The overheads are significant - and there’s no reason you should be funding them!
Online, we keep things lean and purposeful. It works better for both of us.

How IT Works
Before YOUR SESSION
Once you’ve booked, you’ll be directed to a short client intake form. Nothing complicated - just enough for me to understand what you want to change and what’s been getting in the way.
You don’t need to prepare a speech and you don’t need to analyse yourself. Just give me a signpost.
Once I have that, we’ll both be ready.
When our session begins, we take a few minutes to settle in and talk things through. You describe what’s important to you. I’ll ask a few straightforward questions where useful.
From there, we settle on a clear direction for our work together.
During your Session
Then we move into the hypnosis itself - steady, structured, and purposeful.
If you’ve used my recordings in the past, the experience will feel familiar to you. The difference is that this time it is fully responsive. I adjust in real time, refine the language, and follow precisely where your mind needs to go. It’s focused work, directed toward a clear outcome.
Everything is tailored to you - your language, your patterns, your goals.
After your Session
Most people emerge feeling clearer, lighter, and mentally organised.
Sometimes the change feels immediate. Sometimes it builds over the following days.
You may notice a different response where the old one used to be - calmer, simpler, more decisive.
Before we finish, we summarise the work and agree any next step - if one is needed.
There’s no programme to commit to. Just the session you’ve booked.

Follow-On Sessions — $75
Three-Session Series (Pre-Booked) — $195

There are no contracts, subscriptions, or ongoing commitments.
You simply book what feels appropriate for you.
How We Work Together
You choose a time that suits you and secure your session online.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your private Zoom link and a short client intake form. If possible, please complete the form at least 24 hours before our appointment so I can review it in advance.
You will also receive a reminder before the session.
At the appointed time, simply click the Zoom link from your computer, tablet, or phone and join me.
For best results, choose a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can sit comfortably. Headphones, earbuds, or AirPods are recommended, as they help you focus and make the experience more immersive.
We begin with a brief conversation to confirm the objective and settle the direction for the session.
Before the hypnosis begins, you can choose whether to keep your camera on or off. Once we move into the hypnosis itself, I switch off my camera so you can relax without distraction.
The hypnosis portion typically lasts around 30 to 40 minutes within the session.
Afterwards, I return on screen and we spend a few minutes reviewing your experience, reinforcing the changes, and discussing any next steps. The decision to continue is entirely yours.

I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, qualified by the National Council of Hypnotherapy in London in 2007.
I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. My services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.
Hypnosis is a voluntary process and results vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Sessions are available to clients aged 18 and over.
If you have a medical, psychiatric, or neurological condition, or if you are in any doubt about your suitability for hypnosis, please seek advice from a qualified medical professional before booking.
I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing an urgent mental health issue, please contact your local emergency provider.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the monetary value of the session fee paid.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your session and allows me to prepare in advance.
If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
If you need to reschedule, you may move your session up to 12 hours in advance at no charge for your first rescheduling. Any additional rescheduling will incur a $25 fee.
Occasionally, technology misbehaves. If our session is interrupted due to a connection issue, we will simply arrange a new time and complete the full session.
Everything is handled straightforwardly and professionally.

How to Book
Arranging your first session takes just a few moments.
Choose a date and time that suits you, up to one month in advance. My standard sessions run for 50–60 minutes and begin on the hour.
Once you’ve selected your appointment, you’ll be taken to a secure payment page. Payments are processed via Stripe (all major cards accepted) or PayPal.
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Zoom link and session details.
You’ll also be directed to a short Client Intake Form.
This form helps me understand your priority in advance - what you’d like to change, what’s been happening so far, and anything relevant I should know. It allows us to begin the session already aligned and focused.
Everything is private, encrypted, and handled professionally.

Typical Session Structure
We begin with a short conversation that adds depth to what you shared in your intake form. This helps me understand not just the issue itself, but how you naturally think and respond.
During this chat, we may run a brief exercise to explore whether you tend to process experience more visually, auditorily, or kinaesthetically. That insight allows me to shape the language and approach in a way that feels natural and effective for you.
Next, you’ll listen to a short recorded segment that explains how to settle in for the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. While that plays, I make a few final adjustments so that everything is aligned before we begin.
From there, I guide you into hypnosis using one of my established induction approaches, selected to suit you in that moment. Some are gentle and gradual, others more direct. The choice depends on what will serve you best.
Once you’re comfortably immersed, we move into the focused part of the session. This is where we work toward the objective we agreed beforehand, strengthening the responses and perspectives that will support you in real life. It’s a collaborative process: my experience and your willingness working together.
When the work is complete, I bring you back to full alertness in a steady and comfortable way.
We then spend a few minutes reviewing your experience, noting what stood out, and reinforcing how you can apply it going forward.
