Some issues don’t sit neatly in one box. A one-to-one online session lets us shape the process around what’s actually going on, so it stays relevant, responsive, and centred on what matters most to you.

You may already know what your issue is — but not how to break the loop. A private hypnosis session allows me to guide you through it, identify what’s reinforcing it, and help you make the changes that will release you.

Wherever You Are

Online hypnosis sessions are simple, private, and highly effective.

We meet one-to-one via Zoom. You’re in your own home, in a familiar and comfortable space. No travel. No waiting rooms. No clinical offices. Just focused time, directed entirely toward you.

Many clients find they relax more easily at home — and that often leads to better focus and faster progress.

Because we meet online, location isn’t a constraint. You can schedule your sessions at practical times — including weekends — across all major time zones.

It’s also far more accessible than traditional in-person therapy. I’ve run a city practice before — the overheads are significant, and there’s no reason you should be funding them.

Online, we keep things lean and purposeful. It works better for both of us.

You book a session. We focus on the priority. You make progress.

How IT Works

Before YOUR SESSION

Once you’ve booked, you’ll be directed to a short client intake form. Nothing complicated — just enough for me to understand what you’d like to change and what may be preventing that.

You don’t need to prepare a speech, and you don’t need to analyse yourself. Just give me a signpost.

Once I have that, we’ll be ready to begin.

When our session starts, we’ll take a few minutes to settle in and talk things through. You’ll describe what’s important to you, and I’ll ask a few straightforward questions to complete the picture.

From there, we settle on a clear direction for the session.


During your Session

Next, we move into the hypnosis itself — steady, structured, and purposeful.

If you’ve used my recordings before, the experience will feel familiar. The difference is that this time it’s fully responsive.

I adjust in real time, refine the language, and follow what’s actually happening for you.

Everything is shaped around you — your language, your patterns, your goals — with a clear outcome in mind.

All you have to do is commit, relax, and follow the process.


After your Session

Most people emerge feeling clearer, lighter, and mentally organised.

Sometimes the change feels immediate. Sometimes it builds over the following days. You may notice a different response where the old one used to be — calmer, simpler, more decisive.

Before we finish, we briefly summarise what’s shifted and agree our next step, if one is needed.

There’s no ongoing programme to commit to. Just the session you’ve booked.


The Practical Details

  • Choose the option that fits where you are right now. Some people begin with a single focused session. Others prefer a more continuous approach.

    Single Session (One Hour)$125

    A focused, one-to-one session centred on a specific issue or goal.

    Follow-Up Session (One Hour)$105

    For continued progress, refinement, or working further on the same area once you’ve had your first session.

    Three-Session Package$295

    A structured option for those who want a more sustained approach.
    Book your first session, then schedule the remaining two at times that suit you.

    If you’re unsure, start with a single session. You can always continue from there.

  • Each session follows a clear, structured flow — but always with enough flexibility to respond to you in the moment.

    When you book, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form. Please do this at least 24 hours before your session, so I have time to prepare properly and shape the session around what you’ve shared.

    When we meet, we begin with a short conversation that builds on your form. This helps me understand not just the issue itself, but how you naturally think, respond, and take things in.

    From there, I shape the hypnosis in a way that feels natural and effective for you. That may include subtle adjustments to language, pacing, and approach, depending on what will serve you best.

    Before the hypnosis begins, you’ll hear a short recorded segment that helps you settle in comfortably. While that plays, I make any final adjustments so everything is aligned before we start.

    I then guide you into hypnosis using the approach that feels most appropriate in the moment — sometimes gentle and gradual, sometimes more direct.

    Once you’re comfortably immersed, we move into the focused part of the session, centred on the outcome we agreed together.

    At the end, I bring you back to full alertness in a steady and comfortable way, and we spend a few minutes reviewing what stood out and what comes next.

  • I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, qualified by the National Council of Hypnotherapy in London in 2007.

    I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. These sessions are intended as a supportive, hypnosis-based service and are not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.

    Hypnosis is a voluntary process, and results will vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

    Sessions are available to clients aged 18 and over.

    If you have a medical, psychiatric, or neurological condition — or if you are in any doubt about your suitability for hypnosis — please seek advice from a qualified medical professional before booking.

    I do not provide crisis or emergency support. If you are experiencing an urgent mental health issue, please contact your local emergency provider.

    By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the value of the session fee paid.

  • Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your session and allows me to prepare properly in advance.

    If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

    If you need to reschedule, you may move your session up to 12 hours in advance at no charge on one occasion. Any further rescheduling will incur a $25 fee.

    If a session is interrupted by a connection issue, we’ll simply arrange a new time and complete the full session.


How to Book

Arranging your first session takes just a few moments.

Choose a date and time that suits you, up to one month in advance. Standard sessions run for 50–60 minutes and begin on the hour.

As part of the booking process, you’ll be asked to complete a short Client Intake Form. This gives me the information I need to prepare properly and shape the session around what you’ve shared.

Once that’s done, you’ll complete your booking, including consent and secure payment via Stripe (all major cards accepted) or PayPal.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Zoom link and session details.

Everything is handled securely, privately, and with care.
